A web browser (or “browser” for short) is a computer program that allows you to view and navigate websites, such as the MLP Profits site. A few common browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera.

We officially support the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. The site may be viewed with the WebTV browser, but you will not be able to access PDF reports due to technical limitations of WebTV itself.

A CUSIP (Committee for the Uniform Securities Indentification Practices) number’s primary function is to uniquely identify issuers and issues of financial instruments. CUSIP numbers are used primarily in the US and Canada markets and are made up of nine characters.

An ISIN (International Security Identification Number) is the internationally accepted standard used by virtually all countries to uniquely identify exact securities. It is made up of twelve characters. With US securities, the first two characters identify the country and are followed by the nine characters that make up the CUSIP number. When buying securities listed on an overseas exchange, it is important to know the ISIN number to give to your broker.

You may need to reset some of the settings in your Internet browser. Login problems usually occur when ‘cookies’ and ‘javascript’ capabilities are not enabled.

Click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the site, then select the ‘Forgot Email address/Password?’ option. In the pop-up box, enter the email address associated with your account, then click on ‘Get Password’. Within minutes we will send you an email listing your login credentials and account number.

Certainly. Click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the site and log in with your current email address and password. From there, type in your new email address and password. The changes are effective immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming the changes in your personal information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail us a money order or personal check (in US dollars, drawn on from a US bank) with your statement. Please do not send cash.

Changing your personal information can be easily done online. Click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the site and log in with your current email address and password, then enter your new information in the appropriate fields. After you have made and submitted the changes, we will send you an email confirming the updated information. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to update your information.

Occasionally, we feel that an affiliate, an outside mailer or publisher has products and/or services that may directly relate to our subscribers’ needs. If asked, we will make subscriber names and addresses available to them for mailing purposes never telemarketing. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please contact us directly here.
